Climbing orientation
If you got the certification card for climbing before July 2007, you cannot use the climbing wall. Please attend a climbing orientation again.
Requirements
- Teaching: The Climbing Wall Committee
- Meeting Place: The climbing wall in the Gotenshita (Caution! It is different from the Bouldering wall in the training room)
- Schedule: Once or twice every month except March and August (twice in May, June, October, and November)

- Time: Around 90 minutes
- Subjects: A person who is allowed to enter the Gotenshita
- Number to be accepted: First six arrivals

- Please apply from a reservation forum.
- A photo of your face, 3.5 cm long by 5 cm wide, is necessary to create the certification card. If you forgot the picture, please bring a copy of your driver’s license or student card. Please write down your name on the back of the photo.
- A facility use ticket is needed to enter Gotenshita.
- Contents: Focused on skill acquisition (how to put on a harness, climbing shoes, and how to belay)
- Tuition fee: Free
Cautions
- Please bring comfortable clothes to move around in and socks due to a hygienic reason.
- You do not have to bring any climbing gear because you can lend all of them for free in the orientation.
- We will issue certification cards for the attendee. Please do not forget to a photo of your face, 3.5 cm long by 3 cm wide, on whose back you wrote down your name.
- Please get there 10 minutes earlier.
